In accordance with European Union regulations, you have the right of withdrawal, which allows you to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without the need for justification. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision unequivocally before the period expires. Following notification, you will have an additional 14 days to return the goods, bearing the direct costs of the return unless otherwise stated. The customer will only be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature. Once the items or proof of their shipment are received, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same payment method as the initial purchase and will not incur any additional fees for you. Please note that this right is subject to exceptions, meaning it will not apply to personalized products, rapidly perishable goods, sealed items that have been unsealed (for hygiene or health reasons), unsealed audio/video recordings, or digital content whose performance has already begun.
